It depends. We are licensed and based in New York, but licensure laws vary state to state. Some states don’t require us to obtain another license, so we would be able to see you in those states! Some of those states include California, Colorado, Michigan, Arizona, and Virginia.
Session frequency depends on your needs and goals, something we can decide together. Most clients start with weekly sessions and, as work progresses, we choose when to taper to biweekly or monthly.
Absolutely! While we have a physical office in NYC, we can see clients virtually as well through a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.
We are not in-network with any insurance panels. We are able to provide you with superbills that you can submit to your insurance company that may be able to be applied to your out-of-network benefits. You can read more about our rates and collaboration with Project HEAL here.
