Our team is not in-network with any insurance panels. However, we can provide superbills at the start of each month for you to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement or application to your out-of-network benefits. This ongoing group allows you to talk about frustrating conversations with family and friends, those pesky lingering disordered thoughts, and your own evolving beliefs about what health means to you. Connect with others who’ve been there, who really get it.
It depends. We are licensed and based in New York, but licensure laws vary state to state. Some states don’t require us to obtain another license, so we would be able to see you in those states! Some of those states include California, Colorado, Michigan, Arizona, and Virginia.
Session frequency depends on your needs and goals, something we can decide together. Most clients start with weekly sessions and, as work progresses, we choose when to taper to biweekly or monthly.
Absolutely! While we have a physical office in NYC, we can see clients virtually as well through a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.
